Who is Venessa Arizaga?
Θα ξεκινήσω λέγοντας απλά ότι με το που είδα τα κοσμήματά της κατευθείαν φαντάστηκα: αμμουδιές, καλοκαίρι, ήλιο, φοίνικες, θάλασσα, σανδάλια, σορτσάκια κλπ. κλπ. κλπ.
I will start by saying that as soon as I took a look at her jewelry, I instantly thought of sandy beaches, summer, sun, palm tree, sea, flip-flops, shorts etc.etc.
Θα συνεχίσω αναφέροντας ότι έχει δουλέψει σαν σχεδιάστρια στους οίκους Tuleh, στη συνέχεια στην Carolina Herrera και μέχρι πρόσφατα ήταν η Design Director του Zac Posen.
Ώσπου το 2007 σε ένα ταξίδι της στο Πουέρτο Ρίκο, εμπνεύστηκε από τη φυσική ομορφιά του τοπίου - ίσως κάτι σαν αυτό της φωτογραφίας ? -...
I will go on by mentioning that she has worked as a designer for Tuleh, Carolina Herrera and until recently she was the Design Director of Zac Posen. In 2007 she traveled to exotic Puerto Rico and was inspired by the natural beauty of the landscape - which perhaps looked a bit like this...? -

...and began to design handmade jewelry, which were her first actual collection.
Αρχικά όλο αυτό ξεκίνησε σαν χόμπι και γι'αυτό και δεν άφησε την "πρωινή" της δουλειά, όμως το 2010, αφού έχει καταφέρει να δίνει κομμάτια της σε μπουτίκ όπως η Bergdorf Goodman, αποφασίζει να αφήσει τον οίκο Zac Posen και να αφοσιωθεί εξ ολοκλήρου στις συλλογές κοσμημάτων της.
At first it all began as a hobby and that is why she didn't leave her "morning" job, but in 2010 and since she has managed to give her pieces to boutiques such as Bergdorf Goodman, she decided to leave Zac Posen and become fully dedicated in her jewelry collections.

Οι συλλογές της μέχρι σήμερα αποτελούνται μόνο από βραχιόλια και κολιέ και ένα από τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της σχεδιάστριας - εκτός φυσικά από τα έντονα χρώματα - είναι τα lucky charms που χρησιμοποιεί σε πολλά σχέδιά της.
Her collections until today include only bracelets and necklaces and one of the designer's main characteristics - except for bright colors - are the beautiful lucky charms she often uses.
