Flats and skirt. Hmmm doable but not easy. Flats and pencil skirt? Not easy at all. Yet we will soon develop special acceptance mechanisms about it, because this is what people - and especially women - do. We find the best rational reasons to justify our needs and desires. Example:  "Do I really need to buy one more black bag?" The truth is probably no BUT my other black bag is too large and it cannot be carried all day long...And it's suede so it means it's more sensitive.. And it has silver metallic details which makes it much different than the new one I wanna buy... And I can carry on for hours with this s***.
So since flat shoes and sneakers are going to be the one and only accessory of the current and upcoming season, we (women) will find the best reasons to wear it with everything. "They are cool", "they are comfortable", "they are beautiful". Even though deep inside we know....the best way to wear a sleek, sexy dress is with the sexiest pumps. But even Karl said it: sneakers with couture??Hell yes. So who am I to doubt it? And to be honest, I like it (see??I am already "liking" it).

Happy Friday!!

Get the look..
